This policy explains what information Opus Editions collects, how it is used, and the choices available.

Information Collected

When an order is placed, the following is collected: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and payment information. Payment is processed directly by Squarespace Payments or Stripe. Card numbers are not stored on Opus Editions servers.

When a newsletter signup is completed, an email address is collected and stored with Beehiiv.

When the site is visited, standard technical information is collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This is gathered through Squarespace's built-in analytics and cookies.

If a message is sent through the contact page or by email, the contents of that message and the sender's contact information are kept on file.

How Information Is Used

Order information is used to fulfill and ship prints, process payments, and respond to customer service requests. Shipping details are shared with Simply Framed, the fulfillment partner, solely for the purpose of preparing and shipping orders.

Email addresses collected through checkout or newsletter signup are used to send order updates, and, where consent has been given, updates about new releases and studio news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Site analytics are used to understand traffic and improve the site. This information is not sold.

Third Parties

Opus Editions works with the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Squarespace, for website hosting, payments, and analytics Simply Framed, for print fulfillment and shipping Beehiiv, for newsletter delivery

Information is not sold to third parties. Information is shared only as needed to complete an order or as required by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for cart functionality, analytics, and to remember basic preferences. Cookies can be disabled through browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly as a result.

Data Retention

Order and customer information is kept as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet accounting and legal requirements, and respond to customer inquiries.

Rights and Choices

Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information can be sent to prints@opuseditions.co. Unsubscribing from marketing emails is available at any time through the link in each email.

Residents of California, the EU, and other regions with data protection laws may have additional rights under applicable law. Requests regarding those rights can also be directed to prints@opuseditions.co.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
